Everest Budget Trek Detail Itinerary

You will be escorted to the domestic airport and with the scenic flight to Lukla reach the Tenzing Hillary airport (around 35 min). You will be starting the trek towards Pakhding after arranging essential types of equipment and introducing with the rest of the team members.  The easy and relaxing trekking trail descending to Dudh Koshi River and passing the small village called Ghat following the mountain sides takes you to Phakding.

Trekking to the Gateway of Everest Region – Namche Bazaar via crossing many suspension bridges over Dudhkoshi River inside Sagarmatha National Park and Jorsalle we reach to Namche, the small and beautiful mountain town surrounded by mountains on three sides and Dudhkoshi River on the other. You can also buy some hiking types of equipment or personal belongings at shops in the small town if you have missed something in Kathmandu.

The trail offers with the best photogenic view of different mountains with the scenic forest and shouting rivers fascinated with rhododendrons. After the few hours, walking on flat and descending towards the river and again we climb up to be at Tengboche.

The trail descends to Debuche Village and crossing the Imja River we walk uphill passing by the innumerable Mani stone wall to another popular Sherpa village called Pangboche and following the route for few more hours we reach to Dingbboche.

As we leave Dingboche, the trail leads to Mani-prayer stupa about an hour walk from where you can see the beautiful Sherpa village called Pheriche. About one more hour of walking takes us to Thukla. The hike continues to Lobuche on plain rocky way takes about more 45 minutes. You can also explore Italian Pyramid Centre as per your interest.

The mountain trail leads to Gorakshep by crossing the Italian Pyramid Centre on the rocky moraine path with the view of the icy glacial pond and icebergs down below of Khumbu glacier. We continue our hike to Everest Base Camp – Base of the highest mountain of the world. Spending some time in your dream place – Mt. Everest Base Camp we will come back to Gorakshep.

Kalapatthar is the best vantage point for observing great views of Mt. Everest and other snow-capped mountains. We hike up to Kalapatthar early in the morning for the best sunrise view then will trek down to Pangboche.

Today we will trek down to Khumjung Valley (above Namche Bazaar), a beautiful Sherpa valley surrounded by giant mountains such as Kaumbeela Peak and others.

The last day of your trekking includes some short uphill climbs then down to the Bhote-Koshi River and the final uphill climb of 45 minutes takes you to Lukla.
