Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuwan International airport (1345 meters). Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 02: Pre-trip Meeting and Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Overnight stay at Hotel.
This day you will be introduced with your tour and trekking guide and complete some formalities before starting sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. You will visit four popular places in Kathmandu Valley - Monkey Temple – Swyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath.

Day 03: Drive to Arughat Bazaar (608 meters). About 7 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
The trekking guide will pick up from the hotel and drive to the local bus park (no tourist bus services for Arughat, can arrange 4WD jeep in your request) then we will start our scenic drive all the way to Arughat Bazaar.

Day 04: Trek to Sotikhola (700 meters). About 6 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
Today we walk along the Budi Gandaki River towards its point of origin and passes through several villages to reach the Arkhat Bazaar. After Arkhat we ascend slowly toward Kyoropani and have Seti River/ Sotikhola.

Day 05: Trek to Machhakhola (869 meters). About 6 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
The trail descends until you climb towards Lading village. After this village we walk through the thick forest and finally reach in Riden Gaon the valley passes into another side of Budi Gandaki to Lambesi. From Lambesi, the trail follows down to the river bed of Budi Gandaki, Machhakhola.

Day 06: Trek to Dovan (1070 meters). About 5 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
Today we pass through Machhakhola River and Khrola besi, there is a natural hot spring called Tatopani. We spend a few minutes there and follow the trails into the forest, then finally reaches to Dovan. As the elevation increases, the scenery undergoes a complete transformation which will be interesting for you to observe.

Day 07: Trek to Philim (1570 meters). About 5 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
Today, the trail continues to Jagat, a good stones village, and then trek up to the valley of Sirdabas, offering great views of the Sringi Himal. We then drop down to the river, cross a long suspension bridge and climb steeply up to Philim.

Day 08: Trek to Deng (1860meters). About 6 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
The trail will be fantastic you with impressive waterfalls on either side of the valley. We will pass Eklebhatti and head towards the river and cross it twice over suspension bridges. Then we will walk along a pine forest and small campsite and continue through the valley until we reach the village of Deng.

Day 09: Trek to Namrung (2630 meters). About 7 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
Today, we will walk steeply up onto a spectacular trail before descending to cross the river. We will pass through some small settlements and then climb to the impressive valley of Namrung where you can see many Mani stones.

Day 10: Trek to Samagaun (3520meters). About 4 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
We’ll pass the stone gate and the long Mani stone wall of the village of Lho, The trail follows a lateral moraine of Pungen Glacier towards Sama. It takes a further 20 minutes to reach Samagaun.

Day 11: Exploration at Samagaun. Overnight stay at Guest house.
The day has been set aside for acclimatization and you have options for a full or half day walk. The full day walk is towards the Manaslu Base Camp (approximately 6-7 hour round trip). Alternatively, there are half day walks either to the glacier across the valley or to Birendra Lake.

Day 12: Trek to Dharamsala (4460meters). About 7 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
The fantastic views of the mountains, especially Manaslu, are ahead of us as we reach Samdo (3860m), a Tibetan refugee village. We will have lunch here and continue trek to Dharamsala. After crossing a couple of streams and a steady climb, we will arrive at Dharmasala.

Day 13: Trek to Bhimthang (3590meters) via Larkya-la pass(5160Meters). About 7 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
Today we will climb Cho Chanda and then slowly head uphill towards the steep snow-covered pass. The view from the top is truly magnificent. You will see Himlung Himal (7126meter), Cheo Himal (6820meters), Gyagi Kung, Kang Koru (6981meters) and Annapurna II (7937meters). The descent is steep as we pass through moraines to Bhimthang (3590m/11775ft) via crossing Larkya La pass (5160m).

Day 14: Trek to Goa (2515meters). About 6 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
Today we start with a gentle climb through paddy fields towards the small Karcha La pass and descend through fig tree and rhododendron forests to Goa.

Day 15: Trek to Chanje (1700meters). About 6 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
We’ll climb over a small ridge then cross the bridge over Dudh Khola and climb up through a Chorten-shaped arch, pass a Mani wall and reach the village of Thonje. Further down, we trek across the Karta village and later cross a bridge over Marshyangdi Khola. After Dharapani we walk along the road to Chamje.

Day 16: Trek to Ghermu (1130meters). About 5 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
Today the trail runs gently downstream of the river passing the village of Jagat, Himal pani and Shayange and reaches to Ghermu where you can observe the traditional lifestyle of local people.

Day 17: Trek to Bahundanda (1310 meters). About 4 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
Today we walk through flat terrace field and pass through several villages which holds their own features. Today we walk around three hours in the flat trail and 45 minutes uphill to Bahundanda.

Day 18: Trek to Besisahar (760meters). About 7 hours. Overnight stay at Guest house.
The trail runs gently downstream of the river passing the village of Naadi. From here the trail takes you to the bank of Marshyangadi River and a town of Bhulbhule, Khudi all the way to Besisahar.

Day 19: Drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Today, the scenic drive back to Kathmandu passing through different natural treasures in the tourist coach/ bus. You will be taken for a farewell dinner at a typical Nepalese restaurant with a cultural show in the evening.
